HS-810S · Bidirectional reinforcement
Mesh tape
for cables.
Single-sided tape combining polyester film (PET), mesh fiberglass cloth and a composite special adhesive for cable shape fixing and protective bundling.
Applications
Shape fixing.
Protective bundling.
Mesh reinforcement combines tensile strength, low elongation and wear resistance. Listed applications include:
- Shape fixing and protective bundling of cables.
- Fixing cable components.
- Bonding and laminating products.
- Bonding of insulation materials and positioning in electronics, subject to validation.
The supplied TDS does not specify dielectric strength or a flame rating. Do not assume this product replaces a rated electrical insulation tape.

Use and storage
Prepare the surface.
Control the conditions.
Application
Clean and dry the surface, removing grease and other contaminants. Apply between 5°C and 40°C, preferably in cool, dry conditions. Wrap evenly without wrinkles and confirm application tension through a trial following the TDS.
Storage
Store packaged in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, freezing and high temperatures. Optimal conditions: 5–30°C and 40–60% RH. Use first-in, first-out stock rotation.
Shelf life
6 months when stored at 20°C and 50% RH. This condition is specific to HS-810S.
